This video demonstrates how to manage users in the InEight suite.

From the main menu, select Suite Administration, User Management.

Here we have a list of users that have been created.

User Management is performed at the account or the organization root level.

To add a user, click here.

The Add User slide-out panel opens.

Fill in the mandatory user details marked with an asterisk.

Click the next button to assign a role to the user.

This user requires a root organization level.

Click the role drop-down menu and select the account administrator role.

Then click the Org/Project drop-down and select the correct organization.

When done, click save.

The new user is now added to the list.

To find a user, you can use the column filters here.

To delete a user, select the user, then click the Delete icon here.

The delete function can only be performed at the account root level three.

To edit a user, first select the user.

Click the Edit icon here, and the edit panel opens.

Click the roles tab.

And add a project level role to the user in the drop-down menu.

Click save.

To edit multiple users, select the users from the list.

Then click the Export icon to export the users to a spreadsheet.

To quickly add or import multiple users, click the Import icon here, to upload users from your spreadsheet.

The import dialog window opens. Upload your existing user spreadsheet here.

If you don't have one, click the Download user's template spreadsheet for you to use.

Once you've loaded your spreadsheet, click the Import button.

To quickly view user information, You can click the Information icon.

And the panel opens with the latest user information.
