Welcome to InEight schedule. This video demonstrates how to set up markup assignments in your project. To begin, select the markup assignment icon in the default view on any summary level W B S. This will open the markup assignment screen.
You can assign people that are already contributors on your project or easily add people as contributors to your project and as markup contributors in one click. Once you have selected your contributors, click here to save. The markup assignment icon has now changed, which lets you know that the markup assignments have been made. The markup contributors will be assigned at the level assigned along with all lower WBS levels.
If your view does not have the markup assignment icon, no worries. Just select a WBS element and navigate to the delegation section in the iris panel. Then click here to open the modify assignments screen. There are times when you may want to add a contributor that is not assigned in schedule.
As the project scheduler you can add non-schedule users to your project easily by going to schedule configuration. Then selecting the contributors tab. This is optional, and you can skip this part if you have assigned all the project stakeholders you need for marker. Click here to add users to the list of contributors.
On this screen, select non-schedule. Add the user's details and select the markup option. Click add. You can now assign the user to markups on your project.
Once you have added all the markup contributors that you would like for your project, you can start the review cycle. Watch the markup review cycle video for help on how to start the review. Well, that's how to set up markup assignments in your project. Thanks for watching.
