InEight schedule is a powerful planning, scheduling, and risk solution that allows you to create, collaborate on and continuously risk adjust plans to achieve confidence in field execution. Whether you're updating plans or starting from scratch InEight schedule allows you to manage your schedule through six project views. These views correspond to different processes of the scheduling ecosystem. In the plan view, you can create detail and plan out the CPM or critical path method schedule.

Here you can quickly see the schedule details, like work packages, activities, dates, duration, and float. The Gantt chart also has integrated functionality, allowing you to adjust dates, schedule logic, and schedule critiques. The iris contains the fine details of the schedule, like resources, events, and collaborators. It also houses the smart planning AI function, which leverages past project experiences housed in the knowledge library, providing smart suggestions as you execute your planning and scheduling process.

When you're ready to validate your plan, you can assign collaborators and kick off a review cycle. This provides a space where your project team members can provide their expert opinion and inject meaningful dialogue into the schedule. Your team can critique and provide feedback on your schedule using a simple scorecard to adjust durations. This feedback generates uncertainty and allows reviewers to see their suggestions in real time, consolidate feedback and analyze risk from the schedule review view, toggle, uncertainty, and markup events on and off to see how feedback impacts the schedule.

Clarify any cost related risks by running simulations on items with defined cost in the cost risk view, view feedback through the risk histogram and tornado analysis charts, or choose from different AI and risk intelligence options to help you make data driven decisions on which feedback to adopt in your review. From the short interval planning view, you can view your CPMs activities and quickly create steps for the field execution team, manage logic, duration, float resources, cruise and risk events, breaking your activities down to a daily plan level of detail. Throughout the review process, you can work ahead of potential issues and risks from the risk register view.
