Schedule 26.10 Release Notes

  • Project List page redesign – The Project List page has been reorganized and visually enhanced to improve navigation and usability, while keeping the functionality mostly unchanged. ClosedRead more

    The page now shows the Gantt-style timeline with dates, color coding, and updated styling. Favorites have been moved to the far left of the page making them easier to see and find. When you hover over a schedule it shows an ellipsis that you can click to open a new consolidated quick actions menu.

    Other changes include the new icons Hide Timeline and Hide Dates added at the top of the page that let you hide or show the timeline or dates in the timeline. You can also click in the schedule Name field to rename it.

  • Bulk edit options for codes, SIP reviewers, and activity calendars – In Plan view, the Bulk edit feature has been enhanced and now includes options to add codes, delegate SIP reviewers, and update assigned calendars to multiple schedule activities all at the same time. ClosedRead more

    New tabs have been added to the Bulk edit dialog box:

    • For codes, you can select from available code values.

    • For calendars, you can review current and available calendars and apply a selected calendar.

    • For SIP delegation, you can assign one or more SIP planners to the selected activities or WBS elements.

  • Edit Builder menu views – An Edit option has been added to the Builder menus for existing views, column sets, groups, queries, and related configurations across all views. ClosedRead more.

    When you edit the applied view in View Builder, you can modify the name and configuration, save it, and continue working without having to make changes in multiple menus.

  • Sticky column sorting – When you manually apply column sorting in the header, the selected sort order is now retained across page navigation and the different views. Previously, manually applied column sorting would revert to the original order when you left the page.

  • Schedule refresh notification – The refresh-data control that is available in SIP view, is now available in Plan view. An alert notification shows in the Plan view toolbar when another active user updates the same schedule that you are in. ClosedRead more

    The Refresh data button temporarily changes color and pulses when another person has changed the schedule data. You can decide whether the current data showing should be updated or choose to update it later. Unlike SIP view, Plan view does not lock records changed by another user.

    If you choose to wait and update later, you can hover over the Refresh data button to see who made the changes and how long it has been since the changes were made.

  • Markup and Schedule Review activity progress fields – In Markup view, the two new toggles for Started and Finished and new fields for Actual Start Date, Actual Finish Date, and Physical Percent Complete have been added to the activity's Data date dialog box to track progress. ClosedRead more

    These fields let a subject-matter expert capture more complete progress information while performing other markup work. When you set the Started or Finished toggle to On, the respective Actual date fields can be edited.

    In Schedule Review view, Finish Date and Actual Finish Date have been added to the existing activity review dialog box to be consistent with the activity's fields in Markup view.
