Want to check the status of your contracts, payment forms, and vendor change orders? On the project workflow page, you can view the details of all workflows that have been kicked off for your contracts. You can access the project workflow page for your project by selecting workflows from the project settings. As you view the workflow window, you can see all the workflows associated with your project.
The columns include the workflow type, status of the workflow, start time, steps, and current step. The workflow type, contract ID and associated item columns contain dynamic links, which when selected take you to the associated item. This makes it convenient to review that Item's details. Select the workflow status and it displays the history of that item.
On the left side panel, you can view the general information for that item. Here you can see the step where the workflow is at, as well as the user or role in how many days each step has taken.
