Within the PBS Changes register, you can record changes made to the job's target price and job's cost by activating the View Change Record Prompt feature. This feature will prompt you to review the record each time a change is made to the job.

Activating the View Change Record Prompt

  1. Select the Price tab.
  2. Under the Audit Log section, select the PBS Changes button to open the PBS Changes Register.
  3. Select the Action tab.
  4. Under Tools, select the Activate 'View Change Record' Prompt button.

Deactivate the View Change Record Prompt

To continue recording changes made to the job's target price and job's cost, but not receive a prompt to review each time a change is made to the job, you must deactivate the View Change Record Prompt dialog box.

Deactivating the Change Record Prompt

  1. Make a change to the job's target price or job in the CBS Register. The View Change Record Prompt appears.
  2. Select the check box next to Deactivate this prompt for PBS changes FOR ALL JOBS.

The View Change Record Prompt dialog box is now deactivated.
