Linking Employees and Equipment

  1. Open the daily plan you are working in, and then go to the Time sheet tab.

  2. Select the white tilenext to an employee tile.

  3. Enter the labor hours of the employee into the blank field.

  4. Click the Equipment icon, and then select a piece of equipment.

  5. Click Done.

    • Note how the hours auto-populated for the equipment you specified and the colored dot next to the equipment and employee are the same color. This is showing them linked together
