Daily planning

  • Bulk Plan approval – Plans that are in the Awaiting Approval status can now be approved or rejected in bulk. ClosedRead more

When a plan is in the Awaiting Approval status, you can now select up to 100 plans at the same time to approve , or you can select up to 10 plans to reject, and then click the new Approve or Reject buttons located in the daily planning toolbar. Bulk approval is only allowed for reason code-based projects. For more information, see Approve Daily Plans

Time Center

  • Employee name column filtering – The employee column in Time Center now lets you filter an employee’s first or last name. Previously you could only filter by both first and last name.

  • Update reason code – A new setting was added to the project settings to update reason code for sent time cards.Closed Read more

    In the organization settings under Time Center, a new option was added that lets you update the reason code for sent time cards. Previously, reason codes were locked when a time card was published, and changes could not be made. For more information, see Organization settings

Mobile Release Notes

  • View by status – A new filter was added to the Plan list screen that lets you filter by the daily plan status.

  • Task visibility from daily plans (iPad) – There is now a new a date range filter in the Productivity tab. This filter lets you see productivity results for the tasks on the current daily plan.

  • Additional break options – Employees and crew now have additional fourth and fifth break options to accommodate longer shifts. Previously, there was only an option for three breaks. For more information, see Input Actuals
