In this video, we'll cover how to navigate between organizations, projects, and products using the Navigation bar. We'll also cover how to set your Favorites list, access available settings, and learn more about product features. The Navigation bar displays across all Project Suite applications, allowing you to access everything you need at your fingertips. Click to open a navigation slide-out panel here.

You can quickly jump to user-specific and organization-specific pages. If you're looking for more information, you can explore product specifics on learn.ineight.com or complete product courses on university.ineight.com. To select a project, click on All projects and organizations.

Here you'll see a list of all available projects under the Projects tab. When you select a project, you'll land on its homepage. To make navigation quicker, you can bookmark your frequent projects. By selecting the Manage Favorites icon, you'll see a list of the available projects and organizations you're associated with.

If you have any you visit frequently, you can select that project or organization level and move it to your Favorite list on the right. Once you've completed your selection, click Save. Now your selected projects and org levels appear on your list of favorites. This is a quick way to access your organization and project settings, users, and products.

You can manage wide-reaching settings, like account codes, currencies, or units of measure, under the Master data libraries menu. Or you can manage users roles and permissions and other suite-related configurations from the Suite administration menu. From the project level, you can choose the products and modules available to you based on your role and permissions. This will open your project from the product or module selected.

Notice the breadcrumbs at the top indicate the product and module you're working in to jump between products. Again, open the Navigation menu, select your project, then your product or product module. Another quick way to access important areas within your project is the Application switcher. You can sidestep clicking through the Navigation bar and jump straight into another product or module.

No matter where you're working in InEight's suite of products, you can access this navigation menu, your organization dashboard, and in-app help or personal settings.
