The Management Console gives you one location to manage toolbox talks and add documents or photos for multiple daily plans at the same time.

Once in the Management Console, select at least one daily plan from the Daily Planning homepage, and then click Edit multiple.

The Management Console has three panels.

On the left is the menu of options. Options included are safety, quality, environmental, general discussions, and attached links.

The panel in the center lets you add toolbox talks or attach to daily plans in the right panel.

The right panel lists the available daily plans you selected from the Daily Planning homepage.

To add a toolbox talk, select the type of toolbox talk in the left panel and then fill out the safety concerns and mitigation fields in the center panel.

When you've completed, click Add to all daily plans. This adds the safety concern to all the plans in the right panel.

If you decide you need to add multiple toolbox talks to the plans, select the Plus button, then complete your toolbox talk selection.

If at this time you only want one plan to get this notice, you can select one plan in the right panel and click on Add to selected daily plans.

This toolbox talk will be applied to any of the plans you've selected rather than all that appear on the right panel.

To add an attachment to plans, simply select the Attach and link files from the left panel. The center panel will change to allow you to select a file and attach to selected plans or all of them.

To remove any of the toolbox talks or attach documents to a plan, select the X next to the item in the right panel.

You've now learned how to attach toolbox talks and documents to numerous plans automatically from the Management Console.
