The Employee hours page shows your employee time cards for the selected week. You can perform the following actions on this page:
Add an employee time card
Edit an employee time card
View notes
Delete an employee time card
To open Employee hours, first select the employee from the Main menu. Then tap the large Employee Hours tile.
To view hours for your own time sheet, select My weekly timesheet from the Main menu.
The following image and table give an overview of each part of the Employee hours page.

Cancel and Save | Tap these buttons to cancel or save pending changes. |

Days | Dates of the selected week. The current day is highlighted in green. |

Employee time cards | Shows the reason code, hour type, project, task, and daily hours for each time card. |

Hours record | Shows the hours entered for each day. If the field is white, you can add or edit hours. If there is a blue icon, there are notes. |
5 | Actions | Tap these buttons to add, edit, or delete an employee time card, or view notes on a time card with a blue icon. |
An employee time card is a particular combination of reason code, hour type, project, task, and hours for an employee in a week. The following step by step shows you how to add an employee time card.
Your role must have the Add my weekly time sheet permission.
The following step by step shows you how to edit an existing employee time card.
Your role must have the Edit my weekly time sheet permission.
From the Employee hours page, select a time card, and then tap Edit at the bottom of the page.
Change the project, reason code, hour type, and task, if necessary.
Depending on how your project is set up, you might only be able to select reason code or hour type.
Enter hours in the day fields, as necessary.
To add notes for a day, tap the day, and then enter information in the Add weekly time sheet note field.
Tap Save.
The following steps show you how to view notes on a time sheet.
The following step by step shows you how to delete an existing employee time card.
Your role must have the Delete my weekly time sheet permission.
From the Employee hours page, select a time card, and then tap Delete at the bottom of the page.
Tap Yes to confirm deletion.
