Equipment Hours

The Equipment hours page shows your equipment time cards for the selected week. You can perform the following actions on this page:

  • Add an equipment time card

  • Edit an equipment time card

  • Delete an equipment time card

  • Add or edit hours on an existing equipment time card

To open Equipment hours, tap Add equipment on My weekly time sheet.

Overview – Equipment hours

Cancel and Save Tap these buttons to cancel or save pending changes.

Days Dates of the selected week. The current day is highlighted in green.

Equipment time cards Shows the reason code, equipment, project, task, and daily hours for each time card.
4 Hours record Shows the hours entered for each day. If the field is white, you can add or edit hours.

Actions Tap these buttons to add, edit, or delete an equipment time card.

Equipment Time Card

An equipment time card is a particular combination of reason code, equipment, project, task, and hours for a piece of equipment in a week. The following step by step shows you how to add an equipment time card.

Your role must have the Add my weekly time sheet permission.

Add an Equipment Time Card

  1. From the Equipment hours page, tap Add at the bottom of the page.

    The Equipment time card page opens.

  2. Select a project, reason code, equipment, and task.

    Reason code must be OPT – Operate.

  3. Enter hours in the day fields.

  4. Tap Save.

The following step by step shows you how to edit an existing equipment time card.

Your role must have the Edit my weekly time sheet permission.

Edit an Equipment Time Card

  1. From the Equipment hours page, select a time card, and then tap Edit at the bottom of the page.

    The Equipment time card page opens.

  2. Change the project, equipment, and task, if necessary.

    Reason code is always OPT – Operate and cannot be changed.

  3. Enter hours in the day fields, as necessary.

  4. Tap Save.

The following step by step shows you how to delete an existing equipment time card.

Your role must have the Delete my weekly time sheet permission.

Delete an equipment Time Card

  1. From the Equipment hours page, select a time card, and then tap Delete at the bottom of the page.

    A confirmation dialog box opens.

  2. Tap Yes to confirm deletion.
