Review Man-Hour Progress
Use Case
The project controls manager reviews man-hour progress, comparing the actual man-hours to man-hours earned. She uses the productivity factor and man-hours gain/loss fields calculated in InEight Control to quickly identify problem areas of the project to bring to the attention of the project manager.
To review earned value metrics based on man-hours, first set up a custom data block. Then you can review related formulas and inputs.
