  • Add Forecast data blocks – The performance and process to add a Forecast data block to the CBS has been improved, and the load-time when adding the forecast data block in the CBS page has been reduced. ClosedRead more Watch Video

    Previously, when you would add the forecast data block into the CBS, the page update could take a long time to load, depending on the number of forecasts being loaded.

    Now, when you open the Forecasts view, you can select existing individual forecasts or choose to create a new private or shared forecast. This improves the performance of loading forecasts and creates a more manageable list of personal and shared forecasts.

  • New Forecast (T/O) - Pay qty delta column – The new Forecast (T/O) – Pay qty delta column on the Pay Items tab shows the difference between the forecast quantity and the current pay quantity. ClosedRead more

    The calculation for this new column is the Forecast (T/O) minus Pay quantity delta equals Current forecast (T/O) quantity minus Current pay quantity. The data in this column saves you from having to manually calculate the differences between the Current forecast (T/O) quantity and Current pay quantity Pay Item register columns.

      
  • Edit WBS phase codes and budget segments – A permission has been added that lets you edit the WBS phase code and budget segments. ClosedRead more

    When the Edit WBS phase codes and budget segments permission is assigned to a role through Suite Administration > Roles and Permissions > Control, users are allowed to populate the WBS phase codes and budget segments in the CBS workspace. This permission only applies based on configurations set for the WBS phase code and the budget segments. This permission must be selected to allow users to edit WBS phase codes and budget segments.
