Welcome to InEight Control. This video demonstrates the audit log in InEight control. From the control workspaces page you can access the audit log to review any changes made in control. These captured changes are organized into five subtabs here, CBS, ACS, pay items, integration and import history.
On the C B S audit log, you can view the type of change that was made, what the value was before and after the date and time the change was made, and who made the change. This can be valuable information to go back to, should there be any errors performed or values questioned. Just like other registers, you can filter by any column or from the toolbar. Here on the attribute column, set a filter to narrow down to a specific type of change.
Click the export icon to export this information to Excel. You have similar tracking of changes on the ACS and pay items audit logs. The sync audit log under integration tracks any syncs that have been initiated between control and other applications, such as plan or your E R P system. Here you can see the interface being synced, the status of the sync, the date it was started and finished, and who executed the sync.
If there's a sync issue, you can click on the processing details link. Here we have a list of each step's key information or error message for you or support to troubleshoot the issue or confirm what step the sync is on in the overall syncing process.
