Video - InEight Control - Billed Revenue

This video demonstrates billed revenue in InEight Control.

Click here to open the billed Revenue slide-out panel.

The slide-out panel is where you can record what you billed to the client.

Here you enter in information about what you want

to bill.

After clicking apply the billed amount is visible on the pay registered under

the five billing related columns.

When is Billed is checked, a billing record has been created.

Billed quantity is based on your pay quantities and depends on your unit of

measure and how you want to bill the quantity.

Billed revenue is what you've billed to the client.

Pending bill quantity is the quantity that you've earned that you haven't yet

billed.

And pending billable revenue is the amount of revenue you've earned that hasn't

been billed to date.

Your revenue in the C B S will update update because now you've billed revenue

against it.

You can also view a record of the newly created bill in bill history

by navigating back to the Billed revenue detail screen.

billing often includes multiple pay items. For that reason,

control allows users to claim billed quantities and revenue for multiple

pay items at the time. Using the pay item grid view,

this is in lieu of using the billed revenue detail slide out panel per pay item

on the pay item screen. Select those desired pay items you wish to bill.

Then click bill multiple pay items here.

As cost items are being claimed, revenue earned is being generated,

you have the option to change the billed revenue amount. For example,

if there's a remaining work still to be completed,

you can change the billed revenue to a different amount you wish to bill. Well,
