In this video,

you'll learn how to associate and view change order cost information on a pay

item and additional cost items.

During a job this additional information gives the project team greater

visibility on how a project is progressing and the breakdown of costs.

You'll see how many change orders you've built in addition to how much work

you've build on the original scope of work.

Let's start with clicking on the pay items tab to move to the main page.

Notice the new columns present on the main page Total change order

change, order build revenue build change order columns.

The build change order is the amount associated to a bill from an actual change

order.

To create the assignment for build revenue and Build revenue change order,

you must go to the build revenue details.

A dropdown menu will appear. Select the option for build revenue details.

A new window will appear this is the page you'll populate to create a new bill

or track a bill that was sent out.

The change order column will illustrate the change order number,

which can aid in associating the change order with the correct change order or

contract adjustment. Additional new columns are present on the main page,

such as forecast total cost, forecast percent margin, forecast total margin,

current budget total cost, current budget percent margin,

and actual cost to date.

The new columns show the summary of the values of any cost item associated to a

pay item. This is a nice featured,

understand cost breakdown to make the best decisions on budget and expenditures.
