Video - InEight Control - Cost Item Dashboards
TRANSCRIPT
In this video,
you'll learn how to set up control dashboards from key project metrics to view
directly in control. Graphs convey a dense amount of information,
and this feature will prevent users from having to toggle back and forth between
different products. First,
select the line item that contains the information you'd like to see
graphically.
Five different graphs will be displayed,
so one of these you can view is time phase distribution.
This view can show both discrete and cumulative views.
If you hover over the graph, you can see the values associated with each image.
The next graph illustrates current budget changes,
which shows approved budget and status.
It also illustrates contract adjustments.
Our next graph is value change over time,
which allows you to view current budget, current estimate,
and total forecast data month over month to see scope,
growth or shrinkage at a high level.
You can locate quantity on the x axis, which illustrates current forecast,
takeoff quantity,
and current budget quantity over time to see fluctuations.
The C B S audit log history is another graph that can be viewed.
This data represents actual changes by month and by attribute type.
Well, that covers how to view cost item dashboards. Thanks for watching.
