TRANSCRIPT

Welcome to InEight Control.

This video demonstrates scheduled settings and the scheduled data block details

within InEight control. To view the scheduled data block,

click the view dropdown menu.

And Select new view.

Click the add data block icon

and drag and drop the schedule data block onto the blank area.

The Schedule data block allows you to view scheduled dates and additional

schedule information associated with the cost item.

These may have been imported from an aid estimate or entered manually

into the scheduled data block. Click on the second panel of the data block.

With the data block information,

you can reference the timeframe and duration in which the operation was

estimated to be performed.

You can also modify multiple scheduled dates in one batch using the Excel

import,

allowing you to accurately track planned operations and completed dates.

Scheduled dates can also be modified within the cbs when there is only a few

dates that need to be updated. For example,

you've been informed by the superintendent that has been some rework to this

area and therefore will not finish the item on the current finished date.

Click on the finish date field and edit the finish data.

In addition to the plan dates from the previous panel.

Here can define the cost items, actual start and finish dates,

as well as how cost will be distributed across those dates by selecting the

appropriate cost curve.

Well,

that's a quick overview of scheduled settings and scheduled data block details

within InEight control. Thanks for watching.
