Welcome to InEight Control.

This video demonstrates viewsets in InEight control.

Once you have selected what data blocks to display and their order on the page,

you can save the pages display as a viewset,

so you can always have easy access to your unique view.

You access viewsets from the view dropdown list.

Note that several viewsets are already existing by default to assist you with

your task, including progress,

project controls and forecasts. To save your own view,

select save you as from the dropdown list.

Enter a name for your view,

then click save.

Your viewset now displays as an option in the dropdown list.

Note that from this list,

you can also rename and delete your custom viewsets.

You can also send a viewset to other users with any view set shown

in the view field. From the viewset dropdown list, select Send View.

In the user field start typing a user's name,

and then select their name from the dropdown list.

You can also search for users by roles, projects,

or organization. Click send.

The selected viewset sends a notification to the selected user and will be

available in their dropdown list

With the sender's name and when the viewset was sent. Well,
