Review Schedule Impact

Use Case

Now that the issue has progressed to a PCO, the superintendent reviews the what-if schedule that was sent to him from the scheduler and updates the estimated number of delay days for the change.

Review the available schedule information and make the necessary adjustments directly in the PCO record.

Schedule Impact workflow

You can review any attached documentation related to the PCO under the PCO record’s Supporting Documents tab, including the What-if schedule (if sent from the scheduler).

To update delay days, go to Schedule impact under Additional details on the Details tab of the PCO.

The Schedule impact section includes two fields:

  • Contract: This shows the number of requested days for this time extension based on the contract.  This number can be negotiated and/or agreed upon per the PCO.

  • Forecast: This shows the number of days forecasted for this time extension.  This reflects the number of days predicted for the work, regardless of the contract agreement.

You can make updates directly to the Contract field based on the information received from the scheduler.
