Create an Issue in InEight Change
Use Case
A field engineer informs the superintendent the client’s rep wants to augment one of the steel structure modules, requiring additional steel work. From the field office, the superintendent documents this request as an issue.
You can create issues directly in InEight Change as the first step in creating a Change Order.
The following steps walk you through creating a new issue in InEight Change.
Step 1
From Change > New Issue register, click the Add button.
Step 2
Add the issue details.
Step 3
Select Submit for approval.
The issue is created.
Step 4
A notification email goes to the approver.
