The contract manager sets up internal approval workflows to help her manage contract-related documentation.
Contract management can require a lot of additional documentation, including templates you have generated or other items necessary to manage your contracts (invoices, insurance certifications, lien releases, etc.). You can use InEight Contract to set up a workflow that will automatically route your contract documentation through an approval process.
Set up document approval | Select documentation | Start approval process | Link sent to approvers | Approvals complete |
Set up approval workflow in Contract Settings. |
This may include more documentation than just the contract. |
Select Start approval to launch the process. |
An email with a link is sent to individuals to review and approve documentation. |
Once all approvals are submitted, the process is complete. |
