Evaluate Past Performance
Without the right information a subcontractor or vendor can be selected that has a record of not performing on previous projects (safety, quality, change orders, and schedule performance).
Using the InEight Explore module, you can run dashboards to review your subcontractors’ past performance and change history to ensure you select a reliable 3rd party.
For example, InEight Explore comes with a Contract dashboard, which includes analysis of change orders history across projects. Note this particular dashboard reports on number of change orders per vendor along with change order details (e.g., how long each change order has been open and the change order amount).
