Administration

Communication matrix – A communication matrix has been added to control who companies can talk to on the project. This enhancement is available for the Mail and Transmittals modules. Read more

Make Configuration tables values active in bulk – You can now select multiple values in the Configuration tables and make them active instead of activating them individually. To activate values, select them, expand the Actions menu, and then click Make active. For more information, see Accessing Configuration Tables.
Forms

Export forms as a single PDF – You can now export forms in a single PDF that you can upload as a new document. Previously, you could only export forms as individual documents and upload as a zip file. Read more
Defects module

Link defects to drawings and documents via the Defects Drawings tab – When you create a defect, you can now go to the Drawings tab and link a document from the Documents register, so you do not create duplicate documents. Previously, you had to attach a document to the inspection list when you created the defect and download it to make any annotations. Read more

Defect inspection hierarchy requirement reduction – The defect inspection list hierarchy now requires only one level. Previously, the inspection list required a three-level hierarchy. For more information about inspection lists, see Creating an Inspection List.

Defect validation for all fields –The Defect field validation is now dependent on all fields, instead of the Defect field only. The new validation lets you create duplicate defects with the same values. For more information about inspection lists, see Creating an Inspection List.
Customizations

Dynamic tables – Document now supports Address book fields in dynamic tables as a customization. You also can define column widths and text wrapping if needed.
Documents

Access document history through an API – You can now access the information on the Document history tab with the new Document.ListDocumentHistory call.
Checklists

Reactivate completed checklists – You can now reactivate a completed checklist. Reactivating a checklist lets you reopen a checklist that should not have been closed out. Read more
eSignature

Adobe Sign support – eSignature support has been extended to support Adobe Sign. The new integration option is available to all projects with eSignatures enabled. For more information about Adobe Sign support, see eSignature support.
Tender portal

Warnings on communication – Warnings are now provided if changes to security impact a tender package and potentially prevent tenderers and package owners from speaking. The warnings include proactive messaging in the tender portal and notifications to the package originator, so actions can be taken. For more information about tender packages, see .
